If you are a childhood trauma survivor, you may feel cheated, angry, or betrayed by one or both parents. Even for those who have done deep recovery work, there are times when the hole in our heart feels exposed and we grieve the loss of a happier, more emotionally nourishing childhood. Whether or not your parents remain a part of your life, growing up in an emotionally unsafe and unstable environment can negatively impact the relationship we have with ourselves and others throughout our adulthood. Unhealthy attachments, fear of abandonment, confidence issues, difficulty setting boundaries, second guessing ourselves, self-limiting beliefs, or self-sabotaging behaviors, these are just some of the ways we carry the past into the present and future. However, these patterns can be dissolved by recalibrating to the energy of the Higher mind/Divine source for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health, wisdom, and grounding.
Today I hope to shift your perspective, to illuminate the darkest corners of your mind, inspire deep spiritual connections, and strengthen your heart. Imagine that instead of your parents being the ultimate provider of love, compassion, stability, strength, truth, wisdom, and light – your soul already carries an energetic imprint of everything you need to achieve optimal health on every level through Divine source. Consider how many lives you have touched because of your courage and commitment to releasing old patterns and infusing more light into the world. Through deep reflection, higher mind insights and self-compassion, together we will create some significant, even transformative shifts toward greater emotional freedom.
